Grey-box Recursive Parameter Identification of a Nonlinear Dynamic Model for Mineral Flotation

Abstract

A grey-box recursive identification method that updates two key parameters of a physics-based flotation model in real time as operating conditions change. Applied to two scenarios, it substantially improved the estimation of concentrate grade, a key performance indicator.
